TechFuse 2009 Presenter…(Transferred Post)

I just found out that I will be presenting at TechFuse 2009 IT Conference on March 17th at the Northland Inn in Brooklyn Park MN

This is the second year for this conference and coincidentally my second year speaking at it.  Last year had a great turn-out and this year should be even bigger and better with 9 different tracks to choose from and 30+ speakers at it, there is sure to be something for everyone in it.

Cost is $399 but earlybird before Feb 24th is $349

My topic is on MOSS BI without coding...

Title: Becoming B.I.Lingual: How I Learned to Stop Coding and Love the MOSS B.I.

Abstract: Out of the box SharePoint is fairly functional, and if you are willing to tackle programming with the API there is nothing that cannot be accomplished. But what about that middle ground for those of us who will not or cannot invest the time and effort into programming against the MOSS API but wish to expand SharePoint’s Business Intelligence capabilities? Are you B.I. Curious or just plain B.I. Envious of what others have going for them? Come to this presentation and see how much can be accomplished through the clever use of community based add-ons and the abilities inherent in SharePoint and its related Tool, SharePoint Designer, without writing so much as a single line of code. Areas of exploration may include Workflow, KPI, Excel Services, BDC, and Data Views.

Hope to see you there...
